a) making payments to the governors of the school to be applied by them in discharging their obligations with respect to the maintenance of the said school b) in or towards providing such special benefits of any kind not normally provided by the local education authority for the said school as may from time to time be agreed between the executive trustees and the governors after consuntation with the said authority c) in paying a yearly sum of not more than 4,000 or such other sum as the charity commissioners from time to time approve in writing to the rector and church wardens of the ecclesiastical parish of welwyn to be applied by them for the purposes of the sunday school of that ecclesiastical parish d) in furthering religious education in the said ecclesiastical parish in accordance with the principles and doctrires of the church of england
