(1)in making payments to the governors for the time being of the school to be applied by them in discharging their obligations under the education acts 1944 to 1988 with respect to the maintenance of the school.(2)in or towards providing such special benefit of any kind not normally provided by the local education authority for the school as may from time to time be agreed between the trustees & the governors of the school after consultation with the said authority.(3)in promoting the education of children who are in need of financial assistance & who are resident in great greenford,northolt or perivale, all in the london borough of ealing, in such ways as the trustees think fit.
