after administration expenses,the govenors may pay such yearly sum as may be required to the managers of the school towards the cost of alterations and repairs to the school.the residue of the net income shall be applied by the govenors for the benefit of boys and girls resident in the parish of eckington,who in the opinion of the govenors are in need of financial assistance by;a)exhibitions tenable at any secondary school,training college for teachers,university,or other institution of further(including professional and technical)education.b)financial assistance,outfits,clothing,tools,instruments or books, to assist thir entry into,a profesion,trade or calling.c)otherwise promoting the education (including social and physical training) of beneficiaries.
