the church trust shall permit the land and premises so conveyed as above said and any buildings thereon or forming part thereof to be used by or under the direction or with the permission of the committee hereinafter reffered to for all or any of the following purposes. (a) as a place for the celebration of divine service (b) as a mission room, parish room or meeting room, (c) as a school room, class room or lecture room, (d) as a house for the residence of any teachers or persons employed in the parish on ecclesiastical affairs, (e) for any other purpose or purposes connected with the eccleciastical duties or business or other ecclesiastical affairs generally of the parish, (f) for any other objects or purposes having reference to spiritual intellectual social or moral wants or welfare of the neighbouring population which are not hostile to or inconsistent with the welfare or principles of the church of england.
