the income of the charity shall be applied in insuring , in maintaining and repairing the said buildings and the furniture and effects therein and in paying all rent , rates, taxes, salaries of paid officers and servants and other outgoings and in otherwise furthering the purposes of the charity - see cl. 28 of the scheme - for use as a community and educational centre for the use of the inhabitants of cumnor.
