i) a public elementary school for the education of children and adults or children only of the labouring and manufacturing and other poorer classes of the parish of all saints loughborough. ii) a residence for the teacher or teachers of the said school and also iii) for a sunday school for the education of such children and adults of the children aforesaid , and iv) for a mission house or room with the object of promoting religion within the said parish and benefitting the poor parishoners of the same parish, or at the trustees' discretion and with the consent of the society for the promotion of christian knowledge, for the general purposes of the inhabitants of loughborough.
