1.to further education in pathology by making grants for the purchase of medical and scientific books and journals, travelling and subsistence expenses and course fees for attendance at scientific meetings, courses and other forms of instruction in pathology.2.to further pathological research into human disease and to disseminate the results of such research amongst the medical and scientific communities for the ultimate greater wellbeing of the population at large.
