4(1) the relief of persons with learning disabilities in the local government area of bury and its environs, and of the families of said people, in particular through the provision of supported living facilities with a view to enabling said people to lead a valued and independent lifestyle within their own locality4(2) to arrange and provide care, educational, recreational, employment and other useful activities for the benefit of people with learning disabilities;4(3) to promote any other charitable purposes for the benefit of the public, principally but not exclusively in the local government area of bury and its environs (hereinafter called the “area of benefit”)4(4) to co-operate and work in partnership with other third sector, statutory and other relevant bodies in the achievement of the above purposes within the area of benefit.
