Objects:

the objects of the charity are:(1) the education of children and young persons under the age of 25 years, through their leisure time activities, so as to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities so that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of the society.(2) the provision and maintenance of a village hall suitable for meetings, presentations, lectures and classes, recreation and leisure-time activities by the inhabitants of the village of blockley and adjacent civil parishes (the area of benefit) without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, in pursuit of charitable purposes including: (a) the advancement of education, the arts, culture, heritage and science, and the provision of leisure-time occupations; (b) the regeneration and sustenance of the local rural economy and the promotion of local industry and commerce, especially among small and/or embryonic businesses; all with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.(3) the said land and buildings shall be held upon trust for the purposes of a village hall as aforesaid.
