the provisional of financial assistance in cases of need or hardship to cyclosporin treated patients who have recieved an organ transplant and who are required to attend a hospital transplant centre within the united kingdom more than once in any three month period (any such three month period commencing on the date of any attendance at a hospital transplant centre) or to attend for any non-routine attendance to enable them and in cases of need or hardship relatives and others accompanying them to travel to any such hospital transplant centre for any such attendance. such charitable institution or charitable purposes as may be selected by the trustees from time to time and in the case of any payment to a charitable institution the receiptof the person professing to be the treasurer or other proper officer to receive the payment shall be a full and sufficient discharge to the trustees.
