(1) for the relief of sickness at the ysbyty gwynedd hospital by promoting the efficient performance of their duties by the staff of the alaw ward of that hospital (11) for the relief of sickness of patients suffering from cancer or its effects who have been treated at the alaw ward of ysbyty gwynedd to provide an annual prize for any member of the gwynedd hospitals nhs trust staff for outstanding or exceptional professional clinical or academic service or achievement to be applied in providing scholarships to practising midwives of the north west wales nhs trust whether domiciliary or hospital based to enable them to undertake further training or studies for any charitable purpose or purpose relating to the national health service wholly or mainly for the lladudno hospital for any charitable purpose or purposes relating to the national health service wholly or mainly for the coronary care unit at llandudno hospital for any charitable purpose or purposes relating to the national health service wholly or mainly for the ysbyty gwynedd hospital for any charitable purpose or purposes relating to the national heath service wholly or mainly for the ysbyty gwynedd special care baby unit for the comfort and relief from the effects of sickness of the geriatric patients who are or have been treated at the ysbyty gwynedd hospital for any charitable purpose or purposes relating to the national heath service wholly or mainly for the ysnyty gwynedd coronary care unit of the north west wales nhs trust for the relief of persons who within the area of benefit who may be or are suffering from cancer or other illnesses and injuries by providing a piece of equipment of a type used in the prevention detection and treatment of cancer or other illnesses and injuries and known as a whole body scanner for the relief of sickness at the hospitals of the north west wales nhs trust for the relief of sickness at the hospitals of the north west wales nhs trust by promoting the efficient performance of the duties by the staff of the hospitals for any charitable purpose or purposes principally (but not exclusively) at or in connection with the hospitals of the north west wales nhs trust which will further the aims of medical research for any charitable purpose or purposes, principally (but not exclusively) at or in connection with the hospitals of north west wales nhs trust which will further the following aims:- (a) the investigation of the causes of cancer and the prevention, treatment, cure and defeat of cancer in all its forms. (b) the advancement of scientific and medical education and research in topics related to cancer. (c) the furtherance of any other charitable purposes for the relief of persons suffering from cancer. for any charitable purpose or purposes relating to the national health service wholly or mainly for the pathology directorate of north west wales nhs trust for any charitable purpose or purposes relating to the national health service wholly or mainly for the radiology directorate of the north west wales nhs trust for any charitable purpose or purposes relating to the national health service wholly or mainly for the orthopaedic directorate of the north west wales nhs trust for any charitable purpose or purposes relating to the national health service wholly or mainly for the maternity unit of the north west wales nhs trust for any charitable purpose or purposes relating to the national health service wholly or mainly for the theatre directorate of the north west wales nhs trust for any charitable purpose or purposes relating to the national health service wholly or mainly for the surgical unit of the north west wales nhs trust for any charitable purpose or purposes relating to the national health service wholly or mainly for the paediatric unit of the north west wales nhs trust for any charitable purpose or purposes relating to the national health service wholly or mainly for the renal unit of the north west wales nhs trust for any charitable purpose or purposes relating to the national health service wholly or mainly for the medical unit of the north west wales nhs trust for any charitable purpose or purposes relating to the national health service wholly or mainly for the ysbyty gwynedd ultrasound department for any charitable purpose or purposes relating to the national health service wholly or mainly for the obstetrics and gynaecology unit of the north west wales nhs trust for any charitable purpose or purposes relating to the national health service. 1. for the provision of a cancer and haematology unit at ysbyty gwynedd hospital and the equiping of such unit: and2. for any other charitable purpose or purposes principally (but not exclusively) at or in connection with the north west wales nhs trust (the trust) which will further the following aims: a) the relief of sickness of patients suffering from: i) all haematology disorders including malignancies and leukaemia and / or ii) cancer and related disorders or the effectswho are or have been treated at the trust. to combine the investments and moneys belonging to the charities and representing expendable funds into one pooled fund (for further details of charities involved see scheme) to provide an annual scholarship for trained nursing staff employed by the north west wales nhs trust including hospice at home nurses providing extra comforts for patients of eryin hospital caernarfon
