(1)to further the religious and other work of the church of england in the parish church of all saints laxfield suffolk and to include the upkeep repair renewal or replacement of the fabric and contents of the said church and the maintenance and services therein. (2) to promote and support for the public benefit projects concerned with the conservation or preservation of places and items of historical value projects concerned with the but particularly with regard to the acquisition preservation and study of manorial records and other manuscript books and documents of historical records and other manuscript books and documents of historical interest appertaining to the country of suffolk by the county record office , suffolk record society and similar organisations. (3) to promote and support so as to advance the education of the public the activities of family and local history societies in raising awareness of social family and local history within the county of suffolk. (4) to make small grants for general charitable purposes and in particular to the church of england in parishes where descendants of benjamin gibson wynes reside.
