1. maintenance of the chelmsine chapel burial ground. 2.subject to payment of the expenses aforesaid the trustees shall apply the income of the charity in or towards maintenance and repair of the crossways chapel at west buckland in the county of somerset and in furthering the religious and other work of the said chapel and the congregation meeting for religious worship therein. 3. if and in so far as income can not be applied in any one year in manner aforesaid the trustees may apply the same for like purposes for any plymouth bretheren chapel in the county of somerset as the trustees from time to time think fit.
