the objects of the charity are to distribute and pay all its money and other assets (whether capital or income) to charitable purposes and in such manner and in such proportions as the trustees may in their absolute discretion think fit and in arriving at their decision the trustees shall seek the views of the settlor during his lifetime and give regard to such views provided always and notwithstanding anything hereinbefore contained the trustees must not in any circumstances whatsoever pay or distribute any part of the trust fund and/or its income so that either the settlor or any wife of the settlor shall receive directly or indirectly any benefit therefrom.
