1.to advance the christian religion according to the statements of beliefs in the schedule of the constitution 2.to educate train and relieve poverty of and sickness among persons who are suffering or who have suffered a legal restriction on their liberty in any penal or correctional establishment through any means whatever and the families of such persons. 3.to provide advice, guidance, assistance and care to the inmates of a prison which will be both spiritual and practical counselling to ease the prisoners return to society 4.to advance education on the basis of christian principles to inmates in prisons in accordance with the said statement of believers in the united kingdom or elsewhere 5.to provide temporary accommodation (half-way house) where recently released inmates can stay for a said period i.e. 4 months who will be selected on the basis of need (primarily financial need). in addition to this, the terms of occupancy of each beneficiary will be such that the charity trustees by a formal legal document (tenancy agreement) may re-obtain possession of the premises if the the facilities were needed for a more deserving beneficiary (the charity will take legal advice in this object in order to avoid creating a secure tenancy).
