a) the care and treatment of persons in need who are homeless or suffering from psychological or physical infirmity or who by reason of adverse circumstances ill health or by being a discharged offender are in need of help in acquiring a settled way of life through th establishment of hostels and residential accomodation and to educate those persons so as to develop their physical mental and spiritual capacities that they may develop full maturity as responsible individuals and members of sciety and that their conditions of life may be improved b) the provision of facilities for the care treatment and relief of such persons as are mentioned in the preceeding paragraph and the advancement of research and education into the crae treatment and reklief of such persons and the publicity of the results thereof and the dissemination of knowledge in the publicity of the objects of the trust
