advancement of the education of the public in the science of astronomy and allied sciences,particularly,but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing,by the provision of a planetarium in chichester. in furtherance of these objects,but not further or otherwise,the trust may establish and maintain: (a) a science library (b) all necessary facilities for public presentations lectures and seminars (c) astronomical (including remote) image processing and display facilities (d) satellite (including weather satellite) information processing and display facilities (e) facilities for the access and display of internationally available astronomical information through the computer internet (f) facilities for access display and processing of raw scientific observational data (g) facilities for the construction and development of astronomical instruments and equipment for studying all wavelengths across the electromagnetic spectrum.
