Objects:
(1) the objects of the charity are, for the public benefit, the provision of housing and associated amenities for people who are in need, hardship or distress. for three dwellings of the charity preference will first be given to either:(a) elderly persons in necessitous circumstances resident in the roman catholic parish of st colmans; and/or(b) poor single women aged not less than 50 years with preference to members of the church of england;and thereafter, and in relation to any other dwellings of the charity, to such other people who are in need, hardship or distress as the trustee shall from time to time decide.
