1. for the benefit of the public to give representation, support and provide assistance to people of any age in the uk who are vulnerable by reason of (including without limitation) mental disorder, medical condition, significant impairment of intelligence and/or social functioning, physical disability or disorder and whether by reason of their social and cultural background, ethnic origins, domestic or employment circumstances, religious beliefs or political opinions or otherwise who require access to justice and support. 2) to support and provide assistance to the families/carers, key workers and other associated people of such vulnerable people who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress. 3) to recruit and advance the education and training for the public benefit of all organisations, associations, intermediaries individuals and/or groups of individuals concerned with vulnerable people in all matters relating to the care of vulnerable people and to their needs and requirements.
