the aims of the organisation shall be:-1. to provide support wherever possible for sufferers of sickle cell disorder and thalassaemia or related diseases and members of their family and who may also be in need of relief.2. to raise awareness through education about sickle cell disorder and in particular to promote and support organisations involved withresearching into the treatment of these.3. to work with the statutory and public sectors, private companies,universities and schools to further enhance the support of health and well being.4. to work with the community in order to enhance their development ineducation, employment and self-development.
