(a) to protect, preserve, restore and maintain for the benefit and enjoyment of the local population and of the nation at large, lands owned by the charity (namely coed craig ruperra in the county of caerphilly and any lands subsequently acquired by the charity) which are of natural conservation interest or beauty and as regards such lands, to secure the protection of their natural aspect and surroundings and the preservation of their natural features, built structures and animal and plant life;(b) to protect and conserve or promote the protection, permanent preservation and conservation of the character and heritage of said lands owned by the charity;(c) to advance public education in and interest in the history of said lands owned by the charity and their natural features, built structures and animal and plant life and to promote education in and awareness of the conservation of said natural features and built structures and animal and plant life.
