Objects:
(a) in the award to beneficiaries of scholarships, exhibitions, bursaries, maintenance allowances or grants tenable at any of the universities of oxford, cambridge or durham;(b) in making to beneficiaries who are pursuing a course of study at any of the said universities such other payments as will, in the opinion of the trustees, enable them to partake more effectively in any educational facility provided at or sponsored by any of the said universities:provided that in making payments under this sub-clause the trustees shall give priority to beneficiaries who are not in receipt of any award made under the preceding sub-clause;(c) in making awards or payments of the like kind and with the like priority which are tenable at, or are for the benefit of, beneficiaries attending any other university, school (including bury grammar school) or other place of learning (including any institution of professional or technical instruction) which is approved by the trustees.
