Objects:
the trustees shall hold the trust fund and the income thereof upon the trusts and shall apply the same in one or more of the following ways:- [a] to assist persons in developing their knowledge and education in the science and practise of medicine and gain entry into the medical profession; [b] to give and award scholarships bursaries or maintenance allowances to any person as the trustees may deem fit provided that such person is undertaking [or is about to undertake] a course of formal education at any university or other educational establishment to prepare or assist such person gain entry into the medical profession; [c] to promote for the public benefit medical research generally and in particular in the area of obstetrics and gynaecology.
