"charitable trusts for the university of the west indies (""the university"") of cave hill campus, st michael, barbados, to be applied by the university for the provision of a scholarship or scholarships and/or bursaries or grants to be named ""the anthony and joy bland scholarships"" to be awarded annually to an undergraduate or postgraduate student or students studying law at the cave hill campus of the university and the trustees shall have discretion as to whether income and capital should be paid to the university of the west indies or whether the trustees should retain the capital upon the said trusts and pay income only to the said university for the charitable purposes set out above"
