(1) to relieve poverty by alleviating homelessness in young people aged between 16-25 years more specifically by providing a fund against which bonds can be issued in lieu of deposit monies allowing access to private rented accommodation and, in so doing, to relieve physical and emotional distress. (2) without prejudice to b(1) to educate, promote and advance public awareness of the problems of the young homeless and, in all aspects of the needs of the young homeless.
