the charity's objects (the objects) are specifically restricted to the following, each of which is to be carried out for the public benefit. to promote, sustain and increase the individual and collective knowledge and understanding of training and employment for women in skilled trades in the building maintenance and construction sectors, in order to advance prospects of women, by: - raising awareness of careers in trades amongst young women - providing support to women of all ages undertaking skilled trades training in colleges and through apprenticeships - promoting the recruitment, development and retention of tradeswomen, to a range of maintenance, building and construction employers - promoting and maintaining a high level of awareness amongst employers of the issues and barriers tradeswomen face in the workplace, and the benefits they can bring. to relieve women's unemployment; to advance education, training or retraining, particularly among unemployed women, and provide unemployed women with work experience; to provide financial assistance, technical assistance or business advice or consultancy in order to provide training and employment opportunities for unemployed women in cases of financial or other charitable need, through help in setting up their own businesses or to existing business; to create training and employment opportunities by the provision of workspace, buildings and/or land for use on favourable terms; to maintain, improve or provide public amenities and community centres
