(1) the relief of young people aged five to fifteen who have a disability by bringing such persons into closer association with able bodied people(2) the provision, or assistance in the provision - in the interests of social welfare- of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation for young people with and without disabilities with the object of improving their conditions of life(3) the advancement of education by bringing young people who have a disability into closer association and integration with able bodied people so that the former will have opportunities for overcoming their disabilities and the latter will benefit from such association and integration
