Objects:
1. to protect and preserve public health and in particular (but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) to ensure that sufferers of depression obtain treatment for their illness; and 2. to advance the education of the public in relation to depression, to lessen the stigma associated with depression and to obtain treatment for sufferers of depression by supporting any public education initiatives in the field of depression undertaken by the royal college of psychiatrists or by any similar body; and 3. to or for such charitable institution or institutions or other charitable object or objects in any part of the world as the trustees shall in their absolute discretion think fit to support or established provided that primarily the trustees shall support charitable institutions whose objects are broadly in line with those set out in clause 1 hereof.
