Objects:

relieving either generally or individually men who are or who have been engaged in the printing industry and allied trades or in the distributive trades thereof (including printers, stationers, journeymen, compositors, pressmen, and warehousemen), and the widows of such men, who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress by making grants of money or providing or paying for items, services or facilities calculated to reduce the need, hardship or distress of such persons. preference shall be given to freemen of stationers' and newspaper makers' company in conditions as aforesaid who are not less than sixty years of age.
