"a) the object of the association is the advancement of the muslim religion or faith through religious education and maintenance of the doctrines and tenets of the said religion or faith and of the observances that serve to promote and manifest it and in connection therewith to provide and maintain a place of worship and other religious charitable purposes.b) to promote the benefit of the inhabitants and primarily the muslim inhabitants of wolverhampton, bilston and the neighbourhood (hereinafter called ""the area of benefit"") without distinction of sex or sexual orientation, or race or political or other opinions by associating together the said inhabitants and the authorities, voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advance the education of the said inhabitants and provide facilities for recreation or other leisure-time occupation for the said inhabitants in the interests of social welfare with the object of improving their conditions of life.c) to promote such other charitable purposes as may from time to time be determined."
