"for the provision of assistance to and support of victims of crime and secondary victims of crime (""secondary victims of crime"" being persons who may not have had a crime committed against them personally but who have nevertheless suffered as a result of crime) by the relief of consequential financial physical and mental suffering and in particular but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing the trustees shall use the income of the trust fund (1) to help the rehabilitation of victims of crime and secondary victims of crime by enabling and encouraging to live in the way in which they lived before becoming victims of crime and secondary victims of crime (2) to assist the families and dependents of victims of crime and secondary victims of crime to deal with trauma and distress arising from such crime (3) to assist members of the community who have been traumatised distressed or otherwise affected by crime and in particular to enable them to help the victims of crime and secondary victims of crime"
