to provide educational and child-care facilities primarily for the children of service personnel and ministry of defence employees stationed at royal air force coningsby or other local royal air force stations. where vacancies exist the same facilities will be offered to children from the local civilian community. the aim of the organisation is to enhance the development and education of children by:(1) offering appropriate care, development and play facilities.(2) promoting staff training.(3) encouraging members to become involved in the activities of the charity.(4) ensuring opportunities are equally available for all children, regardless of race, culture, gender or religion.(5) encouraging the study of the needs of such children and their families in order to improve services offered.(6) promote public interest in and recognition of the needs of such children and their families in the local area.
