i) to relieve suffering amongst persons who are resident whether permanently or temporarily in any of the june cadman group of homes for people with learning difficulties including but not limited to the provision, in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving the conditions of life, of recreational visits outgoings or holidays which would not otherwise be available to such persons.ii) to relieve either generally or individually past residents of any of the june cadman group of homes who are in need of financial assistance.iii) to relieve either generally or individually the dependents or families of present or past residents of the june cadman group of homes where such dependents and families are in such need of financial assistance.iv) to relieve either generally or individually to relieve persons who are mentally or physically handicapped sick infirm or disabled their dependents and families who are in need of financial assistance and the trustees may grant such relief through the agency of other charities.v) to advance the education of the public in caring for people with learning difficulties.
