Objects:

(1) to relieve those persons without limitations of race, gender, disability, age, class or beliefs who are suffering from a life-threatening or terminal illness; and to relieve the families, carers and friends in their caring for such persons; (11) to advance the education of the public about care and support for those who are suffering from a life-threatening or terminal illness; and about care and support for the families, carers and friend of such persons, both before and after the death of the person being cared for; (111) for such other purposes as the trustees shall from time to time determine.
