"1. the non-partisan advancement of constitutional and political education generally and in relation to the rights, liberties and duties of all citizens and in particular (without affecting that generality) for research into comparative constitutional structures and mechanisms in and for democratically governed states and communities and to make available the results thereof to the public and in all respects pro bono public; and 11. for the benefit of the public, to arise ethe standards and improve the quality of citizenship within communities by educating and developing the capacity and skills of community members and leaders the better to identify and serve the needs of those communities and in particular (without affecting that generality) by:a. providing education and training in respect of political constitutional legal and communal structures functioning and processes and in respect of the organisation resourcing decision making and skills related thereto; b. to make awards for charitable community projects and achievements (""community projects"") related to the foregoing; c. by selecting individuals and groups who will benefit from the education and training in relation to community projects; d. by providing individuals as aforesaid ,with advice guidance and information to enable them the better to undertake community projects; 111. to pursue such other charitable objects as the trustees consider to be appropriate."
