a) to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of ystrad mynach and the neighbourhood without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, race, or of political, religious or other opinion, by associating together the said inhabitants and the local authorities, statutory bodies and other voluntary organisations in a common effort to promote good health and advance health education and provide facilities for the well being of these inhabitants with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.b) to establish or secure the establishment of a natural health centre and to maintain and manage the same, in furtherance of these objects.
