to conserve the ancient water mill at slade, carrying out historical and archaeological studies, interpreting, displaying and publishing the information in appropriate form for the advancement of education by research and study groups, school groups and by the general public. new access to the ruins once made safe will be provided for the general public for recreational purposes and for natural history and other studies, and the new foreshore access on waterhead creek will enable visitors to come by water.
