"(a) to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the garden suburb and the neighborhood defined by westward rise, porth y castell, marine drive, min y mor, pen y bryn, trem y don, bullcliff walk, clifford view, swn y mor, bron awelon, tan y fron, coed yr odyn, cambridge street, victoria road, eton street, dunraven street, glamorgan street, vale street, castle street, bell street, lewis street, kathleen street, gaen street, oxford street, salisbury road, west side pontypridd road (between the junction of salisbury road to the junction with park crescent ), park crescent ( to the junction with porth y castell, east side), park road ( hereinafter called ""the area of benefit"") without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, race or political, religious or other opinions, by associating together the said inhabitants and the local authorities, voluntary and other organizations in common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life of the said inhabitants;(b) establish or secure the establishment of, a community center (hereinafter called "" the center"") and to maintain and manage the same (whether alone or in co-operation with any local authority or other person or body) in furtherance of these objects.(c) promote such charitable purposes as may from time to time be determined."
