the trustees shall hold the trust fund and its income upon trust to apply them to the following objects : to hold the same to be distributed by the trustees in such manner and at such time as they shall in their absolute discretion decide:1) to denville hall (registered charity no. 209480) and king george v pension fund (registered charity no. 210740) for so long as both are in existence provided always that all distributions to the said beneficiaries shall be in equal shares; and 2)in the event that either of the said beneficiaries shall cease to exist to the sole remaining beneficiary for so long as it shall exist; and3) thereafter for such other charitable purpose as the trustees shall in their absolute discretion decide.
