to relieve need and to advance education in the art of woven textile design in particular (but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing by providing further education and training (including vocational training) to graduates in the art of woven textile design under the age of 29 and who are in financial need, so as to enable them to become established in life and to become self supporting provided always that no student shall receive assistance from the charity for a period of more than two years, and the charity shall not undertake the permanent support of any trade or business.
