Objects:

1) secure the conservation, preservation, restoration and improvement for the public benefit of the world's animal, bird, fish and plant life, its industrial, urban, rural natural and marine environments of ecological or scientific importance, and its natural and marine environments of ecological or scientific importance, and its natural resources;2) educate the public and to advance the education of natural history, environmental studies, ecology and resource conservation in industrial, urban, rural and marine environments;3) relieve the suffering of animals of any species which are in need of care and attention and in particular assist in the provision of improved facilities for the care of animals in captivity and the provision of veterinary services for animals whether in captivity or otherwise; and4) provide and assist in the provision and development of opportunities and resources for public benefit anywhere in the world in connection with the relief of poverty, sickness or distress, the advancement of education and such other charitable purposes as the company may decide;and for the purposes of such objects charitable purposes shall be as defined in section 97(1) of the charities act 1993.
