Objects:
"(a) to benefit the communities in burngreave and pitsmoor, areas of the city of sheffield (hereinafter referred to as the ""area of benefit"") by the advancement of education and the relief of poverty, hardship, distress and sickness(b) to build, establish and secure the establishment of such facilities as the charity may from time to time require and to maintain and manage the same for activities promoted by the charity and its constituent bodies in furtherance of the above objects, especially within the area of benefit(c) to advance the education of the inhabitants of the area of benefit and to provide facilities for information, recreation, and leisure-time occupation in the interests of social welfare with the object of improving the conditions of life of the said inhabitants without distinction of race, colour, ethnic or national origin, gender, disability, sexuality or of political, religious or other opinion(d) to advance the education of the public by the sponsorship of bursaries, scholarships or grants to any person or persons, institution, association or corporate body for the purpose of furthering the objects(e) to co-operate and enter into arrangements with any other bodies, (whether national or local and whether voluntary, statutory, industrial or otherwise) in the construction and maintenance of the charity's facilities and in furtherance of the objects and the charity's powers generally(e) to further such other charitable purposes as the charity shall in its absolute discretion determine and on terms consistent with charitable purposes in accordance with the law of england and wales"
