to promote the relief of persons suffering from difficulties of movement control anywhere in the world and in particular but not so as to limit the gererality of the foregoing:-(1) the provision to treat conditions that are of neurological or neuromuscular origin, whether congenital or acquired. such conditions may include cerebral palsy, cerebral vascular accident, muscular dystrophy or head injury.
