"(a) to promote the benefit of the young people of askern, campbell, norton and sutton and the neighbourhood together defined by the askern electoral ward of doncaster metropolitan borough council, (hereinafter called ""the area of benefit"") without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, disability, race or of political, religious or other opinions, by associating together in a common effort for the relief of poverty, to advance education and training, and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for the recreation and leisure time occupation with the objective of improving the condition of life for the said inhabitants.(b) establish or secure the establishment of an advice, information and training centre (hereinafter called ""the centre"") and to maintain and manage the same in co-operation with other interested bodies(c) promote such other charitable purposes for the benefit of the said inhabitants as may from time to time be determined by the trustees"
