(1) to advance and promote public and professional education and knowledge of aromatherapy and therapeutic massage through the conduct and promotion of research in existing and new techniques and practices in these therapeutic modalities as used in complementary medicine and to disseminate the results of such research for the benefit of the public, complementary and orthodox medical professions.(2) to advance and promote research, development and evaluation in all aspects of lymphatic conditions and lymphoedema through the conduct and promotion of research in existing and new techniques and treatment practices for the protection and improvement of the health of the individual and the dissemination of the results of such research to the public and professionals in complementary and orthodox medicine
