to relieve persons resident or located in any country of the world who are in conditions of need hardship distress or infirmity by reason of their social and economic circumstances or their medical condition and in furtherance of such objects the particular objects of the charity are:-(a) the provision of financial assistance nourishment residential accommodation clothing tools and equipment to persons who are homeless or who are in need of the same(b) the relief of patients suffering from disease disability or other infirmity whether curable or incurable(c) the promotion of research into the causes and treatment of disease disability or infirmity on terms that the results of such research are published.
