to my executors the sum of five thousand pounds upon trust to invest the same and for as long as they are satisfied that the grave of my parents in st. clement's churchyard is kept in good order and repair to pay the income therefrom to the parochial church council of sandwich for the maintenance repair or improvement of the fabric of st. clement's church sandwich, and i declare that in the event of such trust terminating by reason of my executors expressing in writing their dissatisfaction with the order or state of repair of such grave the fund and the the future income therefrom shall thenceforth be treated in all respects as an accretion to my residuary estate
