Objects:

to promote the relief and rehabilitation of persons who have suffered a restriction on their liberty and who are detained at the mount prison and to preserve and protect the mental health of wives, partners, families, children and dependants of such persons as aforesaid; in particular by the provision and maintenance eof a visitors' centre offering advice and information, services and play facilities for children.
