Objects:
(a) to promote the efficiency and effectiveness of charities and the effective use of charitable resources in particular by co-ordinating the administrative arrangements of the work of hrh and/or hrh in their capacity as patron of charities (or of non-charitable bodies which further charitable purposes) and by paying the expenses property incurred by hrh in this regard; and(b) to advance such other charitable purposes as the trustees shall in their absolute discretion from time to time decide by making grants to other charities (or to non-charitable bodies, where the grant will be solely used in furtherance of exclusively charitable purposes) with a preference for institutions of which hrh and/or hrh are patron.
