Objects:

"(1) the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment; (2) the advancement of public education in sustainable waste management practices and the remediation of contaminated land; (3) the provision of open spaces for the recreation and other leisure-time occupation of the public with the object of improving their conditions of life; (4) the restoration preservation and repair of buildings of historical importance or architectural value; and (5) the maintenance and repair of public amenities for the benefit of the inhabitants of the area of benefit but not: (a) so as to apply any of the trust funds for the benefit of persons who have made qualifying contributions to the charity under the landfill tax regulations 1996 (""the regulations"") (except where they belong to a class of persons that benefits generally); or (b) so as to apply any of the trust funds for any purpose not authorised by the regulations"
